PLAYSAFE SPINNING QUAD
MODEL 22-PS045, SKN # 669523
The inner bearing on the merry-go-round can fail, causing the seat assembly to
suddenly drop to the ground. This poses a fall hazard to children riding the merrygo-
round.
A retro fit bearing kit with repair instructions is immediately available and will
eliminate the symptoms outlined above.
The PlaySafe Spinning Quad is black and yellow as shown below. Please note:
only the 22-PS045 model is affected.
