The blue metallic material can become detached. If this occurs, a baby could swallow the material and choke.

The recalled toy (see picture above) is marked "Infantino" on the tag.
It was sold from June 2007 through February 2009.
Products containing blue satin material are not part of this recall.
Consumers should immediately stop using the toy and return it to Infantino to receive a free replacement product.
