Peg Perégo is conducting a Safety Notice involving the Primo Viaggio SIP 30/30 infant car seat. Please call this number 1-888-734-6030 to register your product and receive a free replacement car seat restraint harness adjuster cover from Peg Perégo.
The model included in this safety notice is Primo Viaggio SIP 30/30 model year 2008. Only models manufactured between July 1, 2007 and March 15, 2008 are affected by this Safety Notice. Each car seat has a sticker indicating the month and year of manufacture on the bottom of the seat.
There have been 91 complaints of children receiving cuts, scratches or abrasions on their feet or legs when they kick the plastic car seat restraint harness adjuster cover with bare feet. No serious injuries have been reported.
Our records indicate that you own a Primo Viaggio SIP 30/30 manufactured between July 1, 2007 and March 15, 2008. Peg Perego is providing a new redesigned car seat restraint harness adjuster cover to consumers who registered applicable car seats within the affected manufacture date range.
